Everything we built
for our own jobs.

None of this started as a product. Each one started as a problem on a jobsite, in a quote, or on a truck at six in the morning, and it got built because the alternative was doing it by hand again. They are all here, free, in whatever state they are actually in. The ones filed under the trade are the ones we still use every week.

IRL: Events Near You live productgeosearchfree to post

Search by ZIP or by where you are standing, set a radius, filter by category, and read the results as a list, a calendar, or a map. It pulls from public sources and community posts, and anyone can add an event for nothing. Real data behind it, not a demo.

GroundPost in productionfor tradespeople

A full community platform for the trades: per-trade boards, threaded discussion, voting, image posts. Proof we can take something well past a single-purpose tool and then keep it running.

Ariad AndroidAPKnavigation

Navigation that answers the question a service van actually asks, which is what this route costs. Voice commands, toll analysis, and routing that weighs time against money instead of counting only minutes.

SentryLens Androidlocal network onlyno cloud

Turns a spare Android phone into a security camera with motion detection and H.264 streaming that stays on your own network. Nothing leaves the building, because there is no service on the other end to send it to.

BeSpoke Androidend-to-end encryptedno central server

A decentralized messenger: WebRTC peer to peer, mDNS discovery on the local network, and no central authority holding the keys or the accounts. Built to see how far a chat app gets with nobody in the middle.

The Durratek Arcade two dozen gamesfree to play

The games moved out of the toolbox and into their own room. The dice roller, the Yahtzee scorecard, a murder-mystery MUD, a full artillery ballistics sim, and about twenty more, all of them in the browser.

Nothing here matches that.

Nothing here does the thing you need?

That is how most of these started. Tell us what the problem is and how you handle it now, and we build the first working version for free, with your catalog and your labor rates in it. If it is useful you keep it. If it is not, you are out one conversation.
